This frankfurter is a total heat feast, combining our best ever premium 90% naturally beechwood smoked Frankfurter, with delicious Westlers Chilli con Carne, topped with sour cream and Jalapeños.

  1. Choose it…We suggest a top sliced American style hot dog bun for this tasty Mexican dog.
  2. Fill it… Drop your 90% pork frankfurter into your roll and smother in Westlers Multi Menu Chilli Con Carne. Finley grate Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle on top of the chilli.
  3. Top it… Insert Jalapeños along the length of the hot dog using the cheese and chilli to hold in place.

This frankfurter is a total meat feast, combining our best ever premium 90% naturally beechwood smoked Frankfurter, with delicious Southern style sweet & smoky BBQ pulled pork. With a cool bed of lettuce, onions topped with coleslaw.

  1. Choose it…We suggest you opt for a  soft baguette as (this is a loaded dog).
  2. Fill it… ill in with a bed of chopped lettuce and red onion and lay your 90% pork frankfurter on top.  Take your slow cooked pulled pork and add BBQ sauce as desired and mix together evenly and place pork either side of the frankfurter building two even walls either side of the frank. Fill in the trench on top of the frankfurter with coleslaw.
  3. Top it… Drizzle with bbq sauce to finish.

This is a frank (get it?) take on the classic `BLT’ but with double the pork for your bite. The crispy bacon brings out the natural smokey flavour of our beechwood smoked Frankfurter, while the salad and tomato add crispness and fresh top notes to round off the job.

  1. Choose it… We suggest you opt for a  soft baguette as (you may need the room with all that pork).
  2. Fill it… Spread or squeeze in a mayonnaise bed on your baguette and top with a bed of fresh crispy iceberg lettuce. Crisp off some streaky bacon by wrapping it around your Frankfurter and shallow frying, alternatively, fry off the  bacon and break into small pieces, Place your Westlers 90% pork Frankfurter on top of the lettuce and then and sprinkle bacon pieces evenly all along the length.
  3. Top it… Add thinly sliced tomatoes or diced down both sides of the bun and top off the Frankfurter with brown sauce for a fruity finish.

Everything about this gourmet dish says ‘Nooooooooo’ but one bite and you’ll be smitten with the delicious mix of sweet and savoury flavours that combine to create this masterpiece. By far our favourite Gourmet Frankfurter.

  1. Choose it… Opt for a traditional top sliced bun, baguette or sweet brooch finger roll.
  2. Fill It… Lay down a bed of thinly sliced swiss cheese in the bun and generously spread a strip of strawberry jam on each side and place your 90% pork frankfurter on top to snooze, then load the sides with finely slices Gherkin to keep it warm.
  3. Top it… Go straight down the line  or zig zag with mustard for a gentle hint of heat.
