The Big Kitchen to create inspirational fast-food dishes with Westlers

The Big Kitchen team will be rustling up some delicious and inspirational gourmet Westlers frankfurter dishes at this year’s Northern Restaurant and Bar event at Manchester Central from 15th to 16th March 2016.

Westlers globally inspired gourmet tasting station at the event, will showcase the versatility of Westlers pouched 90% pork frankfurters for operators looking to offer diners tasty food that can be served quickly and eaten conveniently.

The Big Kitchen team will be offering some tasty samples on Stand A62 over the two-day event. And visitors can look forward to trying the Westlers gourmet ‘Monte Christo’ pork frankfurter with Swiss cheese, strawberry jam, gherkin and mustard, as well as tasters from The Big Kitchen’s frozen range, including Pork and Herb, Cumberland and Gourmet Lincolnshire Sausages, Minted Lamb Kebabs and Vegetable and Chicken Satay.

Officially launched at Casual Dining in February 2015, Westlers frankfurters, made from 90% pork are naturally smoked with beechwood to give them a tasty, unique flavour. Now, at Northern Restaurant and Bar 2016, The Big Kitchen will be demonstrating how quick and easy to prepare Westlers frankfurters are for operators looking to capitalise on the demand for more casual gourmet products.
