Boil tri-colour fusilli, allow to cool and add 2x90g frankfurters, chopped into coins. Add a garlic & tomato pasta sauce and throw in some finely sliced fried red and green peppers. Garnish with parsley and serve with a selection of bread.
Tip: for something spicy garnish with chilli flakes.
