Slice ciabatta roll into two halves and use the bread as a base, top with tomato puree, grated mozzarella cheese, sliced red, yellow and green peppers and red onion. Lastly top with sliced frankfurters (microwave for 1 minute per frankfurter) and add a small amount of grated cheese to bind. Heat under the grill until the cheese bubbles.
Tip: For something more spicy add sliced jalapeños.
