Everything about this gourmet dish will have you screaming ‘Noooo’ but take one bite and you’ll be smitten with the delicious mix of sweet and savoury flavours, that combine to create this masterpiece. By far our favourite gourmet frankfurter.

1. Choose it… opt for a traditional top sliced bun, baguette or sweet brioche finger roll.
2. Fill it………. Lay down a bed of thinly sliced swiss cheese in the roll and place your 90% pork frankfurter on top to snooze,  then load the sides with finely sliced Gherkin to keep it snug.
3. Top it……… Go straight down the line  or zig-zag with mustard for a gentle hint of heat then drop in a line or zig zag of strawberry jam – for a shoelace effect.
