We hope you love this recipe as much as we do. This gourmet frankfurter combines a sweet brioche bun, loaded with cool salsa, mozzarella and pepperoni.
1. Choose it… We suggest a sweet brioche finger roll, top sliced.
2. Fill it… Add overlapping red onion rings down each side, then place shallow fried pepperoni discs on top of the onions and then drop in your 90% pork frankfurter. Add mozzarella cheese between pepperoni.
3. Top it… Go straight down the line with cool salsa and salad dressing to finish.
Tip…finished with an optional drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of parmesan.
