Everything about this gourmet dish says ‘Nooooooooo’ but one bite and you’ll be smitten with the delicious mix of sweet and savoury flavours that combine to create this masterpiece. By far our favourite Gourmet Frankfurter.

  1. Choose it… Opt for a traditional top sliced bun, baguette or sweet brooch finger roll.
  2. Fill It… Lay down a bed of thinly sliced swiss cheese in the bun and generously spread a strip of strawberry jam on each side and place your 90% pork frankfurter on top to snooze, then load the sides with finely slices Gherkin to keep it warm.
  3. Top it… Go straight down the line  or zig zag with mustard for a gentle hint of heat.
