This is our gourmet frankfurter take on a slice of Italy, we hope you love it as much as we do. This recipe uses a sweet brioche bun, loaded with cool salsa, mozzarella and pepperoni, finished with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Choose it…We suggest a sweet brioche finger roll, top sliced.
- Fill it… Add overlapping red onion rings down each side, then place shallow fried pepperoni discs on top of the onions and then drop in your 90% pork frankfurter. Cushion each side with mozzarella cheese.
- Top it… Go straight down the line with cool salsa to finish.
